Do you ship Internationally?
- At this time, Nostalgia Video only ships to customers within the US. Please keep an eye out for any future announcements regarding international shipping!
What are your shipping times?
- VHS Tapes ship via USPS Media Mail and have an expected delivery of 2-8 business days after they have shipped.
- Stickers ship via USPS First Class Mail and have an expected delivery of 3-5 business days after they have shipped.
- VHS Tapes and Stickers purchased together will ship via USPS Media Mail and have an expected delivery of 2-8 business days after they have shipped.
- For all other items, they are shipped via our 3rd party manufacturer. Shipping times will vary depending on the product. Please check the tracking number sent to you via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
What is your production/handling time?
- VHS Tapes and Stickers will ship out from Nostalgia Video's offices within 1-5 business days after your order has been placed.
- For all other products, they are made on-demand (as orders are received) and shipped from our 3rd party manufacturer, with an estimated production time of 2-7 business days for each product. However, most products are made and shipped out in about 3 days on average.
Why are my products arriving separately?
- VHS Tapes and Stickers ship from Nostalgia Video's offices, while all other products are shipped from our 3rd party manufacturer. So, your VHS Tapes and Stickers will always arrive together, while your other order items will arrive on their own. The 3rd party manufacturer's shipment may also contain multiple boxes that arrive at similar yet differing times. These products are made on-demand and are produced/shipped out asap.
