SHIPPING RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Nostalgia Video prides itself heavily on quality customer service and clear communication. We know that when a situation arises which involves the need for a return or refund, it can often be quite stressful. Rest assured, we will do our absolute best to ALWAYS make sure you’re satisfied with your experience here at Nostalgia Video. Each situation regarding a return or refund is almost always a little different. But, to clarify some of the most common situations, please reference our Shipping, Return & Refund Policy below:
*It is the buyer’s responsibility to read Nostalgia Video’s Shipping, Return & Refund Policy prior to making a purchase. By ordering from Nostalgia Video, it is implied that you have read, understand and accept the Shipping, Return & Refund policy.
*The return & refund/replacement order eligibility window will be open for 30 days beginning on the day that the item(s) have been confirmed to be delivered to your address. No item(s) will be eligible for a return/refund/replacement for any reason past this 30-day window.
**In addition to reading & accepting Nostalgia Video’s Shipping, Return & Refund Policy, it is also the responsibility of the buyer to 1.) examine the product’s image(s), read the item’s product description and size guide, carefully select your items (correct condition, color, size, etc.) as well as enter the correct shipping address before placing an order. 3.) inspect the item(s) thoroughly within 30 days after delivery.
1. Item(s) arrives damaged to the buyer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect their order thoroughly after it is delivered. If an item(s) arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective in some way, the buyer will have 30 days starting from the date of delivery to request a return/refund or, a replacement order if applicable. Returns/refunds or replacement orders cannot be approved for any reason past this 30-day window. The buyer will be required to provide pictures and/or video via email to verify the damage. Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to the address it came from. If you need to be resent the return address, please send us an email. (Please note, your order will be shipping from either Nostalgia Video’s offices or from one of our 3rd party manufacturers). You will be refunded in full once the item reaches its return address. Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to process once they are issued. To inquire about a return or replacement order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Replacement orders:
Requests for replacement orders can only be accepted for item(s) that arrive damaged or defective to the buyer. Inquiries about replacement orders must be made within 30 days after the order has been delivered. Requests for replacement orders cannot be accepted beyond this 30-day window. Requests for replacement orders cannot be accepted for any reasons that do not pertain to item damage (ex: wrong size, doesn't fit, wrong color, general dissatisfaction, etc.)
VHS Tapes are eligible for return & refund requests if they arrive damaged to the buyer, but due to these items only being available in specific quantities, they are not able to be replaced with a new order. All other items within Nostalgia Video's store are eligible for a replacement if the conditions above apply.
2. Incorrect/Insufficient addresses:
All shipping labels are automatically generated using the shipping address entered by the buyer at checkout. The shipping address you enter at checkout is where your products will be sent. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is filled out accurately. Please double check that the shipping address you enter at checkout is correct. Nostalgia Video nor its 3rd party manufacturers are responsible for an order that is not delivered due to an invalid address entered by the buyer at checkout.
Orders that are shipped out with an invalid address will marked “undeliverable” by the shipping carrier and will be returned to the sender. Buyers will not be eligible for a refund in this scenario, however, if you would like your order resent, please send an email to email@example.com. For VHS Tapes and Stickers, the buyer will be responsible for cost of the reshipment postage. Please note that all other products are produced on demand by our 3rd party manufacturers, and reshipment of these items will require the buyer cover the original cost & shipping of the order.
If, after your order has been placed, you noticed that your shipping address was entered incorrectly, please email Nostalgia Video as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that we can correct your shipping address before your order is sent out, please do not hesitate to email us about the error. If the order has not shipped yet, we can and will correct the address in time!
3. Orders running late/lost in transit:
If your order is running late, we advise to check the tracking number sent to you via email. If your order had been receiving consistent tracking updates, we encourage you to give the order a few more days, as it is likely just temporarily stalled in transit. For orders given minimal tracking updates by the shipping carrier, or with an obvious stoppage/lack of progress, it may be possible that your order has been lost in transit by the shipping carrier.
If your order is indeed lost in transit and you would like to cancel your order/receive a refund, please email us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date provided at checkout. While both Nostalgia Video and our 3rd party manufacturers are happy to resolve this issue by offering a full refund, we are also happy to attempt to locate the order first by getting in touch with the shipping carrier.
4. General dissatisfaction:
Please read carefully as returns/refunds for general dissatisfaction differ depending on the item(s) you are looking to return.
If you are looking to return VHS Tapes and/or Stickers due to general dissatisfaction, these items are coming from Nostalgia Video’s offices, therefore, we are happy to offer you the option of a return/refund. Please note, the item(s) must be returned undamaged/in the original condition that they were shipped in for a refund to be granted. The buyer will be required to pay the return shipping and provide a tracking number via email. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once we have received and inspected the returned item(s). Once issued on our end, refunds may take 3-5 business days to fully process.
All other items are produced on-demand and shipped by our 3rd party manufacturers. Due to these items being made on-demand, returns/refunds for general dissatisfaction are not accepted (this includes the buyer selecting the wrong condition, size, color, quantity, etc.) It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure Nostalgia Video’s Shipping, Return & Refund Policy is read prior to placing an order. In addition, it is also the responsibility of the buyer to examine the product images, read the product description/size guide, and select your items carefully (size, color, etc.), as well as fill out the shipping address accurately.

5. Shipping times:
VHS Tapes and Stickers ship from Nostalgia Video’s offices within 2-5 business days after your order has been placed. VHS tapes are shipped via USPS Media Mail and have an estimated 2-8 business day delivery time. Stickers are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and have an estimated 2-5 business day delivery time.
All other items are produced on-demand and shipped by our 3rd party manufacturers. There is an estimated 2-7 business day production time for all items after your order has been placed (most items are completed in about 3 days). After your items have been made, shipping times may vary depending on what items you have ordered. Your tracking number will be sent via email after your order has been placed.

If your order contains products that ship from 2 different locations (ex: 1 VHS Tape from Nostalgia Video's offices and 1 T-Shirt from our 3rd party manufacturer), your order may arrive in multiple boxes at separate times. Please be advised that this is normal!
6. International shipping:
Nostalgia Video currently only ships to customers based within the United States. Please stay tuned for updates in the future regarding international shipping options.
